Science Experiences

I partnered with Jonathan to do the Science Ace project. Basically, we had to go around and take pictures of plants (flowering and non flowering). After that, we would have to describe their methods of dispersal and pollination. We also had to give their scientific name. These are some pictures we took of plants (Sorry, it isn't complete because Ms Chia did not return our file:( )

I felt that this was a very interesting activity! We had the opportunity to learn more about plants, especially those in the school. It was hard to take pictures at times because there were many ants (they stang!) and some of them were hard to reach. Also we had to put up with the blistering sun, whcih was very difficult:p We learnt a lot of things from this acitivity, especially as we researched about these plants. I remember that we were dumfounded by the common Moss because it had such complicated reproduction and dispersal methods! I was simply hard to believe. I had a lot of fun and I definitely hope that there would be more acitivties like such in the future!:D
